Group Members: George Arias, Edwin Campero, Rafael Cardenas, and Salvador Rocha.

Objective:the purpose of this experiment is to find the relation between a simple pendulum

period vs. length. Then with both simple and phsical pendulum find a relationship between

period vs. angle, and finall to observe the characteristics of a coupled pendulum.

Equipment used:meter stic!, pendulum bubs, phsical pendulums, clamps, strings, rods, and

    stopwatch.

Theor:A simple pendulum consists of a point mass hanging from a fixed support b a light

spring or massless rod. "hile, a phsical pendulum is a pendulum for which a mass cannot be

concentrated at a point. The rod or string has a mass and cannot be considered a singlependulum.
