HNV9000The HNV9000 Hostage Negotiation Vehicle, is a mobile office designed for the stressful task of hostage negotiations. Fully familiar with all forms of communication and audio recording equipment, SIRCHIE’s Technicians custom integrate police radios, cellular phones, etc. to produce custom tailored negotiation vehicles. Accommodations of department supplied equipment (throw phones, recorders, etc.) climate controlled interiors and basic amenities (microwave, refrigerator, etc.) are standard and provide the function and comfort needed during extended operations.
About GSA…A GSA Contract price is pre-negotiated with the Federal government. Under the Co-Operative Purchase Program, these vehicles can be purchased by any State, County, or Municipal agency at the same pre-negotiated price eliminating the bid process. • Internal and external phone jacks for hostage communication.
• On-board 7kw generator.
• Full climate controlled interior.
• Removable black-out pad on side entry door window.
• Rear galley area standard, secondary operations area optional at rear of vehicle.
