additives. Its specifi c grain size guarantees a perfect solubility.

POOLSEL® is produced in conformity with EN 16401 standards and the

biocide regulation (BPR 528/2012).

For membrane electrolysis, ZOUTMAN recommends SOFT-SEL® PLUSS salt tablets.

The European biocide regulation (BPR 528/2012) concerns the placing on the market and the use of biocidal products.

According to article 95 of the biocide products regulation, salt that is used as a precursor for the in situ production of

chlorine, must be in conformity with this regulation.

From the 1st of September 2015, only the salts produced or distributed by enlisted suppliers (ECHA - European Chemical

Agency), are authorized to be sold or used on the European market. ZOUTMAN has taken all measures and has obtained

the ECHA authorization.
