As we all know social media is one of the most useful tools a business could use

Not only is it used to promote their business but they use it to interact with their customer solving queries or just used as direct contact

Having an online presence is essential, many companies uses it some better than others.

He was obviously upset at O2 so he decided to vent his frustration towards their twitter page and look what happened...

Usually tweets similar to this would have been ignored by the general public and larger organisations

However this time O2 decided to do something different....

They replied.....but not in the way you would expect

•With many customers now using platforms like twitter to not only vent their frustration but to as a point of direct contact to the companies it is vital that business take advantage of those platforms.
