FIRST STEP: it was in 1962 but not possible because of dictatorship system.

SECOND STEP: a second call on Europe was made after 1977 with our newly born democracy but we again got “NO” for answer.

FINALLY, Spain signed the Treatry of Accession and we´re in Europe on the 12th of June 1985.

ECONOMIC: since 1986 Spain has received a total of 78.131 million euros.

SOCIAL: more jobs and development aids.CULTURAL: the second tourist destination

after France.INTERNATIONAL: Spain is played a key role in

foreign policy( excellent relationships with Latin American and countries of North Africa).
