In July 2014 the FBINAA Conference will take place at the Marriott Philadelphia Downtown in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Conference is for FBINAA members and guests only and is hosted by the FBINAA and the FBINAA Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter.

The FBINAA is the strongest law enforcement and security leadership network in the world with nearly 18,000 senior law enforcement and security professionals. Members are sworn officers and graduates of the FBI National Academy representing agencies in all 50 states, 134 countries and US territories. Agency types include state, county, municipal, sheriffs, campus, airport, railroad and federal.

Attendee Profile The Conference and Law Enforcement Exhibition are expected to attract attendees who are agency decision makers. Conference delegates are continually looking for new and innovative products and/or services available to the law enforcement community. Their genuine interest is necessitated by their prospective agencies to make educated purchasing decisions. The Exhibition will also be open to additional non-member law enforcement personnel (especially from the local area). Day passes will be available and are expected to increase floor traffic over the two days.
Exhibition Booth Ordering
Online ordering of exhibition booths is scheduled to open the first week of September, 2013. Premium space booths are held specifically for sponsors. Most sponsorships include a complimentary exhibit booth (Silver and higher).
Major Sponsor Benefits
All sponsors receive the designation of “Conference Sponsor” and enjoy networking and exposure throughout the entire conference, including admission to many evening networking events. In addition, each sponsor is also designated as a sponsor of one Conference session or event which provides further networking and marketing opportunity depending on the session or event mutually agreed upon by the sponsor and FBINAA. Diamond and Platinum sponsors are also eligible for an on-stage opportunity to address delegates with remarks and ceremony participation during eligible programs. About the FBI National Academy Associates
The FBI National Academy Associates (FBINAA) is recognized globally among government leaders, law enforcement agencies and our communities as the premier provider of law enforcement expertise, training, education and information. Space Use & Transactions
Exhibit space is intended to provide vendors an opportunity to display and promote products and services to delegate members of the FBINAA. NO retail cash and carry transactions are permitted in an exhibit space or in the exhibition hall at any time.

Special Notice for the 2014 Exhibition Only
Due to limited space, the exhibition in Philadelphia will be a smaller event than has been designed in recent years. Booths spaces will be 10’ wide x 9’ deep (ceiling height is 11’). Space is limited to approximately 125 exhibitors. Exhibitors are encouraged to limit the size of displays to fit these parameters. Large displays and equipment will be significantly limited in 2014.

Booth Amenities Each booth includes the following amenities: o standard conference carpet (conference choice) o 8’ back drape and 3’ side drape (conference color choice) o one 6’ skirted table o two chairs o one trash container o one single color vendor sign

Booth Selection Criteria
o Booth space is ordered on first-come basis based on availability o Premium booth spaces are reserved for FBINAA sponsors o Booths may be ordered beginning September 10, 2013 o Payment is required at time of ordering (check payments will be
accepted but no booth confirmation is made until payment is received.) Check payments WILL NOT be allowed after June 2, 2014.

o Lead Retrieval Scanning Device to capture delegate contact information upon visiting a booth (additional charge)
Booth Ordering & Assignment
Booth orders and assignment may be completed on-line at www.fbinaa2014.com (under the Exhibition Section). The on-line form includes an interactive Floor Plan to check availability and select booth spaces.

Payment Payment in full must be made in order to confirm a booth space. Reservations for a booth space may be made without credit card payment but does not guarantee a specific booth space until payment is received.
AMEX, VISA, MasterCard and Discover accepted. Checks may be made payable to FBI National Academy Associates and mailed to FBINAA, Inc., c/o Eventive Group, 400 Continental Blvd, 6
th Floor, El Segundo, CA 90245.
Exhibitor Registration & Badges
All exhibitor representatives must register and obtain an official Conference exhibitor badge. Badges must be displayed at all times during the Conference (including networking/social events and meal functions).
The first two registrations/badges per booth are complimentary. Each additional registration/badge is subject to a $300 registration fee (limit two additional badges). Badges are not transferrable. Replacement or lost badges will be issued for $300 each. Company badges are not accepted in lieu of the official conference badge. Vendor representatives must pick up badges on-site at the exhibitor registration booth and must show proof of affiliation with the exhibiting company (business card is acceptable identification).
Exhibitor Access to Conference Events & Networking Opportunities
Each exhibitor registration badge includes the following benefits and access to the Conference ($300 value):

Badge ONLY Access to Exhibition Hall
Only registered and authorized attendees with conference badges will be permitted to enter the Exhibition Hall. Only adults, 18 years of age or older will be permitted in the exhibit hall at any time (including set-up and strike.) At its sole discretion, the FBINAA may announce a specific time/day exempt from this rule and may allow minors to enter the exhibit hall.
Exhibit Schedule The exhibition schedule is to be designed to encourage delegates to engage in the exhibition. Efforts are to be made to schedule the exhibit time not to compete with training sessions or leisure activities. The following schedule is subject to change and the final schedule will be announced in January, 2014.

General Exhibition Provisions
Booth Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations may be made at any time prior to the Conference. Cancellations made no later than May 2, 2014 are subject to a $500 booth cancellation fee. Cancellations made after May 2, 2014 are subject to a $1,000 booth cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed and paid following the Conference.
Space Use & Transactions
NO retail cash and carry transactions are permitted in an exhibit space or in the exhibition hall at any time. Exhibit space is intended to provide vendors an opportunity to display and promote products and services to delegate members of the FBINAA.
General Service Contractor
The exhibition General Service Contractor will be responsible for all material handling, drayage, furniture, carpet, extra draperies, labor, electrical services, audio visual services and crate storage. Exhibitors shall be fully responsible for all service fees associated with the construction, maintenance, utility, shipping, storage and handling of materials. Exhibitor Service Kits will be available online in March, 2014.
Booth Set-Up & Dismantle
Exhibitors may only set-up and dismantle booth displays during the prescribed set-up and dismantle hours. Set-up is scheduled for Saturday, July 26, 2014 from 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Booth displays may only be dismantled on Monday, July 28, 2014 from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Large equipment move-in and move-out appointments will be available upon request.
Use of FBINAA Name The use of the name, insignia, logotype or other identifying marks of the FBINAA may not be used in signs, advertising or promotions in any media or descriptive product literature without express written permission of the FBINAA. Exhibitors are approved to use the conference name, date and location on materials associated with the conference.
Booth Sublet Exhibit booths and spaces may not be sublet, shared or transferred in part or whole without the express written consent of the FBINAA.
Exhibition Rules & Regulations
All exhibitors agree to adhere to all conditions and regulations outlined in this Prospectus and additional exhibition guidelines and procedures provided by the Exhibit Decorator.
All exhibitors shall serve the interest of the FBINAA members and shall conduct business and operate their booths in a manner that will not detract from other exhibits, exhibitors or the Conference.
Security A security company will be provided only to protect the general exhibit area from the beginning of set-up/move-in to the end of move-out. This security does not apply to individual exhibit spaces and the equipment, materials and contents within each exhibit space. The FBINAA is not responsible for the loss or damage to exhibitor property. The FBINAA urges precaution by the exhibitor to protect company and personal property.
Americans with Disabilities Act
Each exhibitor shall be responsible for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1992 (ADA) with regard to booth space, including, but not limited to wheelchair access provisions.
Compliance with Local Ordinances
Licenses and permits required by local statute, ordinance or regulation (if any) are to be obtained and paid for by the exhibitor. Each exhibitor will be individually responsible for compliance with local health, fire and safety ordinances and regulations. All products and services exhibited must comply with all state and local regulations, and with all current FDA regulations for such products and services.
Local fire codes and ordinances required that the exhibition aisles be clear at all times. Demonstration areas shall not be placed on the aisle sideline of an exhibit. Sufficient space within an exhibit area must be left to handle any crowd. Should any demonstration interfere with other exhibit space, the FBINAA may, in its sole discretion, require that the demonstration be limited or canceled.
The FBINAA has no further responsibility to notify the exhibitor that this compliance is required.
Insurance Insurance protection will not be afforded to any exhibitor either by the FBINAA, general services contractor or the exhibition property. An exhibitor shall carry its own insurance to cover exhibit material and equipment against damage and loss, including public liability insurance of at least $1 million per occurrence and $1 million per aggregate against injury to the person or property of others. Exhibitor agrees to provide upon request a certificate of insurance declaring such insurance and adding the FBI National Academy Associates, Inc. as an additional insured.
Indemnification The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the FBINAA, its officers, directors, agents and employees from any and all claims of liability of third parties arising out of or related to the acts or omissions of the Exhibitor in connection with the Exhibitor’s participation in the 2014 Annual Conference.
Damage to Exhibition Property
Exhibitors will be held responsible for any damage done to the exhibition property by them, their employees, or agents.
Hotel Vendors will be encouraged to stay at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown in Philadelphia.
