On the SubscribeLine webpage there are a variety of topics in which you may be interested and from which you may select . When information is available regarding your chosen topic(s), an e-mail will be sent to you!

If your preference is to obtain City-related information without e-mail notification, you are welcome to view the City’s web site at www.murrieta .org and peruse any of the department links which will have the same information items posted for your convenience . Please be assured that your privacy is valued and respected . Your personal information and e-mail address will not be sold or given away by the City of Murrieta . MusicStar Kids 1 to 3 yearsStarting children in music early is very important as it helps young children in their physical development, development of mind-body coordination, and logical thinking . MusicStar has developed a special curriculum for early childhood music education that incorporates some of the tried and true elements of the world-renowned ORFF Schulwerk and the Kodaly Method . Through this curriculum young children experience and participate in music as a language to express themselves and to interpret music . Rhythm instruments and tuned percussion instruments provide young children with the tools to make music quickly and effectively . Listening to music alone does not necessarily improve a child’s mental abilities, active music making, however, does . It requires logical thinking, listening and mind-body coordination . An excellent program for both parent and child! In this class your child will explore making music in ways you can continue at home .
