Conclusions

Leadership can be defined in many ways, but ultimately it is a form of service.Society expects leaders to be virtuous, and most of all, to lead by example. You don’t have to be a commander to be a leader. Everyone can lead. The best CAP leaders lead through persuasion, not by giving orders.
