Competition Process & Prizes

Competition Rounds Preliminary Round

• No Entry Fees

• Entries to be submitted online

• Participants will be provided an opportunity to present their case before an eminent panel of jury members – either in person or thro SKYPE

Final Round

• Fees – Corporate HR Best Practices – Rs.30,000+ ST

– Innovation in B Schools – Rs.20,000 + ST

– HR StartUps – Rs.10,000/- + ST

– Corporate CSR BP – Rs.5,000/- +ST

– Best HR Research Paper – Free

• Will be held along with NHRD National Conference at the NHRD HR Showcase 2016 program – in a Expo Style format

• Top 50 Corporate HR Best Practices will be showcased in the Finals

• All other Categories – Top 10 Practices / Papers will be showcased in the Finals

• Participants will be required to present their Best Practices / Papers at the Booth provided to them in a Expo Style event through out the 1.5 days to all the visitors and before an eminent panel of jury members who will visit their stall during the 1.5 days

• Corporate HR Best Practices – 3 Winners, 3 Runners Up

• All other Categories – 1 Winner, 1 Runner UP

• Winners – Rupees 1 Lakh

Format of the Competition

•Corporates – 3 Winners & 3 Runners Up •Others each competition – 1 Winner – 1 Runner Up

Winners Prize – Rs.1 Lakh Runners Up Prize – Rs.50,000/-

•Minimum competitors in each category – 5 • if more than 10 participants Runner Up prize will be given
