Make sure your CTC is updated (year of exam). For married women using their husbands' surnames, don't forget to input your maiden name and spouse's details in the corresponding fields.

PART ONE: ONLINE APPLICATION

According to one of our students, unless you are a re-taker, you just leave this last portion blank. So, even if you had previous professional licensure examinations under PRC, they don't need to be declared here.
