Me@GT connects our people to a wide-range of curated learning pathways, meaning our people can easily grow their careers and gain skills to keep them in-demand and can effectively deliver GT's strategy. The GTPX (People Experience) initiative is about understanding who we are as GT and what we offer to people. What's our brand? Our unique selling points? What makes us attractive to existing talent and new talent? Position Overview

Our team is delivering two high priority initiatives (described below) to 1100+ people in Group Technology (GT), and we're seeking a great candidate with a Comms background to ensure our customers know what we're doing and how to get the most out of it.

Me@GT connects our people to a wide-range of curated learning pathways, meaning our people can easily grow their careers and gain skills to keep them in-demand and can effectively deliver GT's strategy.

The GTPX (People Experience) initiative is about understanding who we are as GT and what we offer to people. What's our brand? Our unique selling points? What makes us attractive to existing talent and new talent?

Responsibilities include working closely with our Capability Uplift team to:

Co-create a Communications strategy and plan for each initiative, and execute on it

Write communications for key initiatives

Write presentations for key initiatives

Write user guides for people and managers

Editing videos (or similar) is a bonus, but not essential

Marketing, Branding, and Change experience is an advantage

We use Jira, Confluence, and the MS Office Suite daily, and SharePoint from time-to-time.

Communications, Change, Marketing or similar

Eligibility Requirements

Second last or final year of a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree

Permanent residents and Australian citizens only

Identify as having disability

Candidates may be required to undergo a background check security clearance
