Student  Example  #3:  Insect  Scrapbook

 

 

 

 

 

 

   This  student  prepared  one  of  the  most  thoughtful  and  incredible  scrapbooks.  It  captured  her  experiences  teaching  kindergartners  about  insects,  her  experiences  with  insects,  feeding  her  friends  cooked  insects  she  took  home  from  class,  surveys  of  her  friends  about  how  they  felt  about  eating  the  insects,    her  family’s  connections  with  insects  in  their  jobs,  and  a  diversity  of  objects  and  sightings  of  insects  all  around  her.    It  was  truly  a  phenomenal  representation  of  how  much  insects  impact  her  life.
