Information for Parents and GuardiansWe created our summer holiday programme to offer children the chance to have the summer of their dreams! The activities we planned this year are full of adventures that will become lifelong unforgettable memories! To achieve this, we have organised many sporting, cultural and FUN activities!

Date and place of our Summer Programme ActivitiesGet ready! Because from July 6th until August 7th this 2020, from Monday to Friday, your children will be having non-stop adventures from 9:00 in the morning until 17:00 in the afternoon right here, at our Nobel International School premises.

Who is invited?

All activities are being offered to children between the ages of 6 and 12 years old.

What will we be doing? / our activitiesThis summer we will be enjoying great pool or beach adventures in the morning and we will be doing some fun sporting, cultural or artistic activities in the afternoon.

We have planned an excursion every week; to make sure the children try and see new things, learn a lot and discover new talents!

A teacher from the school will always be there to take good care of the children, and to supervise the activities. They will make sure the children spend their summer holidays in a happy, healthy and family-like environment.

PaymentPayment must be made at the time of the registration. The following payment options are available:

1 week - 95€

2 weeks - 160€

PLEASE BE ADVISED: There may be additional costs according to the external excursions we are doing. The responsible teachers will inform of any additional excursion costs in advance.

Unfortunately we have a limited number of places! Only 20 children will be able to join us this year. For this reason, registration to our holiday programme will only be accepted upon payment. This amount cannot be refunded in case the pupil is absent or stops participating, once the holiday programme has begun.

MealsA delicious lunch will be provided by the school and is included in the costs of the programme. Children will only have to bring their favourite morning and afternoon snacks.

Clothing and accessoriesChildren should come to our daily adventures wearing comfortable athletic clothes and bring a backpack with a beach towel, slippers, a hat, water and sunscreen.

Please make sure they come wearing a swimsuit in the morning as we will be going straight to the pool or beach! We will be changing into dry clothes before beginning our afternoon adventures.

Please leave all valuable items at home, such as necklaces, rings, cell phones or electronic games. If they get lost or damaged, it will not be the responsibility of the school.

TransportWe will be travelling by bus to the beach, pool and to our excursions. The buses will be chartered by EVA Transportation. Such expenses are included in the cost of the programme.

Medical assistanceIn case your son or daughter needs medication, please inform the responsible teacher about the administration of the medicine and all necessary details.

In case of an accident, first aid equipment is available at the school. Our teachers are qualified to assist if your child is injured and a simple treatment is required. In case further medical assistance is needed, parents or guardians will be notified immediately and we will proceed as stated in the school regulations.

School insuranceAll students attending the Nobel International School Algarve are covered by the school insurance.

The amounts covered by such insurance are higher than the minimum values required by law. The school’s insurance offers following coverages:

Death or Permanent Disability - 24,940.00 EurosExpenses for hospital treatment - 5,000.00 EurosCivil Liability during off-campus activities - 2,500.00 Euros

The school and the insurance company shall not be liable under any circumstances, for values higher than the ones described above.

Informação aos Encarregados de EducaçãoO nosso programa visa proporcionar às crianças um conjunto de diferentes vivências, no seu período de férias, através de múltiplas atividades. É nossa missão proporcionar uma ótima experiência a todos aqueles que usufruem do nosso programa, promovendo momentos de extraordinárias aventuras que se tornarão inesquecíveis recordações. Para a persecução da nossa missão recorreremos a atividades de carácter desportivo, cultural ou meramente recreativo.

Data e Local de realização das atividades do Programa de VerãoO programa de verão decorrerá do dia 6 de julho a 7 de agosto, de segunda-feira a sexta-feira, das 09:00 horas às 17:00 na Nobel International School Algarve.

DestinatáriosAs atividades estão vocacionadas para crianças com idades compreendidas entre os 6 e os 12 anos de idade.

Atividades a DesenvolverO programa de férias encontra-se estruturado de acordo com um plano, segundo o qual se prevê uma ida à praia e/ou piscina no período da manhã e a realização de atividades de carácter desportivo, recreativo e de expressão artística no período da tarde.

Está prevista uma saída semanal na qual as crianças terão oportunidade de experienciar outras realidades, alargar os seus conhecimentos, assim como despertar novos talentos.

Os professores estarão sempre presentes e serão responsáveis pelo acompanhamento, controlo e bem-estar dos participantes, proporcionando um ambiente familiar, de amizade e salutar convívio.

Inscrições As inscrições poderão ser entregues na secretaria da escola.

PagamentoNo ato de inscrição o Encarregado de Educação deve proceder ao pagamento da quantia:

Semanal - 95€

Quinzenal - 160€

NOTA : Ao valor do programa poderá acrescer o valor da visita semanal. Esse valor será sempre indicado com antecedência pelos professores responsáveis.

Atendendo ao limitado número de vagas, 20 crianças, a inscrição só será aceite mediante o respectivo pagamento e esse valor não poderá ser restituído após o início das actividades caso o aluno falte ou desista do programa.

RefeiçõesO almoço está incluído no programa, mas o lanche da manhã e o lanche da tarde são da responsabilidade dos Encarregados de Educação.

Vestuário e acessóriosA criança deve utilizar roupa desportiva e fazer-se acompanhar de uma mochila onde deve trazer uma toalha de praia, chinelos, boné, água e protetor solar.

O fato de banho, o biquíni ou os calções de banho são colocados logo em casa e serão retirados após a atividade da praia/piscina.

Solicita-se uma muda de roupa, que poderá permanecer na escola, caso seja necessário.

A criança não se deve fazer acompanhar de objetos de valor como fios, anéis, telemóveis ou jogos eletrónicos. Caso essa situação se verifique, a perda ou o dano de qualquer desses objetos é da responsabilidade do mesmo.

TransporteO transporte para a praia/piscina ou visitas de estudo é realizado através de um autocarro fretado pela EVA e as despesas estão incluídas no programa.

Assistência médicaCaso a criança esteja a ser medicada, deverão ser comunicadas ao professor todas as informações acerca da administração do medicamento, principalmente se o participante for muito jovem.

Em caso de acidente, a escola dispõe de material e equipamento de primeiros socorros e o professor poderá proceder a um tratamento simples. Se a situação exigir outros cuidados, os Encarregados de Educação são imediatamente informados e procede-se de acordo com o regulado para esse tipo de situação.

Seguro escolarTodos os alunos da Nobel International School Algarve estão cobertos por um Seguro Escolar.

Os montantes cobertos pela apólice são superiores aos valores mínimos exigidos por lei, com as seguintes coberturas:

Morte ou Invalidez Permanente – 24.940,00 EurosDespesas de tratamento hospitalar – 5.000,00 EurosResponsabilidade Civil durante atividades fora do recinto da Escola – 2.500,00 Euros

A Escola ou a Seguradora não se responsabilizam, sob qualquer circunstância, por valores acrescidos aos montantes acima descritos.
