Welcome

CBRE’s Supplier Partner Innovation Challenge: ‘The Great Idea’ has returned in 2021. We continuously strive to RISE to the challenge of delivering best in

class and innovative solutions to our Clients. We achieve this through

our exceptional Supplier Partners, products, people and technologies.

The 2021 Supplier Partner Innovation Challenge provided the opportunity

for our supply chain to showcase the industry leading innovations they

can offer to both CBRE and our Clients.

We launched the challenge to all Preferred, Diverse & identified Approved

Supplier Partners on 1st July, providing the opportunity to submit an

innovative idea or solution for one of the following 5 categories: Digital

& Technology, Workplace Experience, Sustainability, QHSE & Risk

Management and CSR & Social Value. The challenge closing date was

30th July and we received 100+ submissions in total. All submissions were

reviewed and assessed in August, leading to 3 suppliers being selected as

finalists per category.

Our finalists were provided the opportunity to present their solutions to

a panel of judges, with representatives from both CBRE and our Clients.

The winning suppliers were presented an award in September at our main

event held at our UK Headquarters in 61SS and will receive a structured

programme of support from CBRE over the next year.
