"The Summit will focus on emerging trends, innovating technologies and best practices that are transforming employee development. Biggest and most impactful L&D event in Malaysia"Professor Dr. Shahizan HassanDean - OYAGSBwww.oyagsb.uum.edu.my/biglearning
INTRODUCTIONIn today’s rapidly changing business environment, organisations that embrace change, adapt and re-invent their business processes and practices, and prepare their employees to navigate the complexities of the VUCA environment, will thrive and remain relevant and competitive.

TIME AGENDA 7.15-8.50AM Registraon and Networking 9.00 – 9.40AM Keynote #5: Building Future Proof Organisaons: Shiing mindsets and perspecves
to win in the 21st century
We have entered an unprecedented me: one where businesses operate in a context that is highly interconnected, truly global, disrupted and disrupve: one where new players appear overnight, where three generaons collaborate in the work force, and diversity is a given. At the macro level, while some see unique opportunies, others express concerns over an upcoming recession. At the micro level, leadership needs to respond to the challenges of the 21st century.
The SHIFT framework, derived from extensive work with CEOs around the world, posits that speed, a human-centric approach, imaginaon, flexibility and trust are the necessary hallmarks of great leadership. They are also the most burning items on the CEOs agenda.
