Project Information1) Project Duration : (45 Days) a) Date of Summer Internship commencement (19/05/2015) a) Date of Summer Internship Completion (03/07/2015)2) Topic 1.Manufacturing of microlight aircrafts 2.Awareness program on how a satellite is manufactured, designed and controlled through ground station. 3.Aircraft maintance and servicing. 3) Project Objective 1. To study and see various components, engine parts of an aircraft including structure, avionics, control systems, propulsion systems and how they are maintained and serviced. 2. To study and seeabout how an satellite is designed, study about its various components and groundstation controls.3.To study about how an microlight aircraft is manufactured and designed. 4) Methodology to be adopted Visiting industry which designs and manufacture microlight aircrafts. Visit to AME institute andlearn from them. Visit to NIUSAT and learn from the designers and controllers about satellite.

5) Brief Summery of project(to be duly certified by the industry guide) Learning from the masters who designs and manufacture the things is the best opportunity you had inyour life. The opportunity we got and utilized is the best industrial experience we got in our life. Wehave seen how an aircraft is serviced, how many steps it have to clear before its airworthinesscertificates were issued, the various components inside aircraft, how aircraft is controlled throughATC etc. The second best experience we had is the interaction with the NIUSAT designers, and thevisit to the NIUSAT ground controll station which controlls the satellite. We have gone through theirexperiences on how the designed and manufactured their satellite. Last but not the least the industrialtraining at AGNI Aerosports took us to a new level of manufacturing of microlight aircrafts, theytaught us how they are designing and manufacturing a microlight aircraft. We had a wonderfullflying at the end of the session which took us to cloud nine. Signature(Student)
