For Creative Management Decisions1*Evgeni Baratashvili,2Irma makharashvili

Overall, management decisions are the development and implementation of management impacts on the objectsof management. In accordance with the existing typologies of management decisions three main types of solutions areallocated: Routine management decisions. These are the decisions whose mechanisms are already well known or arestill typical and have no creative character; Combined management decisions. The initiative and the freedom of actionare revealed only within limited limits in the process of implementation and their implementation. In the course oftheir development, converting well-known decision making mechanisms and new non-standard and original creativeapproaches are: Nonstandard management decisions - creative, original, non-traditional, non-copied decisions that aredeveloped and realized are difficult, unforeseen, critical and nonstandard In situations. In order to solve the problem itis necessary to adopt a principled new, extraordinary decision, often uncompensated and innovative decision.

Everyday Decision Making Styles and Outcomes- Introversion andExtroversion

Day by day people face decisions in areas as diverse as choosing what to wear, what medical prescriptionsand procedures to opt for, to friends, beliefs, and careers perspectives. Extracting relevant information and applyingsuitable decision-making skills are preventing them from negative decision outcomes. The procedures approached bydecision-makers is considered to be consistent for each person but to vary from one individual to another (Scott andBruce, 1995). In this view, previous research addressed weather personality explains variance over and above decisionquality and decision making styles (Davis et al. 2017), however, there is little research addressing the influence ofcortical arousal levels, (Introversion-Extroversion), in this context. Aiming to expand on a sparse literature area, thisstudy explores the relationship between personality dimensions, introversion and extroversion, decision-making stylesand decision quality outcomes in a sample of undergraduate psychology students. The current study utilized a multi-correlational design. Participants (N=143) completed an online survey of three validated measurements were used:Mini Markers (Saucier, 1996), General Decision Making Style (Scott and Bruce 1995) questionnaire, and Decision-Making Outcomes Inventory (Bruine de Bruin et al. 2007). Results showed that personality is not a predictor ofdecision outcomes but might explain at some degree variance towards decision-making styles. These findings suggestthat levels of cortical arousal might influence the extent to how people approach decisions. Likewise, there was foundthat poor decision quality outcomes might be attributed to the process of which decision makers approach a situation. The study also adds to prior congruent research that people may use more than one decision-making style at onceGirard et al. 2016. Taken together, the study may be applicable in terms of clinical interventions as well as variousjob-related aspects.

Using Technology for Creating Better Virtual Learning Experiences andApplications for Adult Learners

*Dr.Bob BarrettSchool of Business American Publish University -Charles Town, USA

Keywords: Online Learning, Workplace Basics, Leadership

For many adult learners, the choice for education has been narrowed to the Face-to-Face Classroom envi-ronment, but with the ever-changing impact of new technology, virtual learning has offered an alternative which hasattracted more adult learners to return back to education for personal and professional reasons. However, many ofthese adult learners need to see more value for their time and money than ever before, since they have had a varietyof reasons which have previously prevented them from the classroom environment. Consequently, in light of the Bab-son (2015) study, one of three students are now taking online courses, which demonstrates that technology has nowenabled more learners to return back to education, but educational institutions need to create better learning experi-ences and applications to not only attract but retain these learners. As a result, teaching practices and innovations areneeded in order to improve and increase the quality of education and create more meaningful learning experiences. This presentation will examine at how one university has created better virtual learning experiences to help studentstransition from the traditional Face-to-Face (F2F) learning environment mindset to one of a virtual nature. Thus, thisvirtual learning environment has offered a variety of online classroom applications to help students apply knowledgeand see the value as they work on a virtual consulting project. Strategically, this school has created a virtual learningexperience where the student will develop an Electronic Consulting Practice (ECP). The learners were exposed to avariety of media on how to create their first web page to incorporate the portfolio segments to go live on the web forthe fulfillment of the course requirement, and to use it later as a working portfolio to add to their course work in futureclasses to share with future employers as their digital form of art, but in rather in the form of organizational consultingand business conceptual learning activities. Consequently, the students learn how to apply their course content knowl-edge to a real world application for creating their own consulting practice and learn in real time the various processesneeded for creating such a practice and implement with the use of software, research, and apply their learning to createvalue not only for course credit, but for later use of their own.

Image processing is one of the new tools, that can be used as an efficient disaster assessment process tool.Implementation of image processing in disaster assessment allows rapid and accurate response. Using before and afterevent images makes possible the disaster management effective. In this paper, image processing and computer visiontechnologies were applied for an example disaster. Hurricane Harvey was selected as a case study and before and afterhurricane satellite images were used for the analyses. The visual assessment carried out by considering a hurricanecomparing the pre and post event images. Damage assessment by using image differences gives a damage profile inthe effected areas. Such assessment can be used for the immediate response right after the disaster by the rescue teamsto locate the damaged areas.
