Table tent instructions: Add logo and/or print
These instructions will help you customize Aflac Employee Toolkit table tents by adding your
company’s logo. If you prefer to circulate or print the document without a logo, simply follow steps 1
(to remove the placeholder text) and 5 and 6 (to print and fold).
The following instructions apply to both Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro software:
Step 1 » Open the Comment tab.
» Click the Text tool.
» Select the “INSERT LOGO HERE” text in the document and delete it.
» If a logo will not be inserted, skip to Step 5.
Step 2 » In the Comment tab, select Stamp Tool.
» Select Custom Stamp.
» Select Create Custom Stamp.

Step 4 » Click Stamp Tool.
» Select Standard Business.
» Locate and select your logo.
» Using your cursor, place your logo in the upper
left corner of the article and resize as desired.
» Save your file.
Step 5 » To print the document with your logo, select Document
and Stamps from the Comments and Forms dropdown
menu.
» If you are printing without a logo, select Document from
the Comments and Forms dropdown menu.
» Select Print. The files are sized to fit 8.5” x 11” paper.
Print to laser paper if preparing the table tents in house.
If printing commercially, request card stock as your paper
choice and ask that the files be scored before being folded.
Step 3 » Click the Browse button to find the desired logo. Your logo should be a PDF or an .eps file.
» Select Standard Business Category and type a name for your logo.
» Click OK.

Step 6 » To assemble, fold the table tent document in thirds, vertically, to create an upright triangle.
» Use tape to secure the inside seam.
