Personalized Learning Plan (PLP)A PLP is a tool used to deliver training information

resources to a single employee, based upon his or her

learning style and the learning requirement. This is delivered

in such a way that they may learn at their own pace through

the correct delivery tool designed to optimize the learning

experience. Often it is provided via an infographic with

numerous linked learning options to chose from.

Cost of Services

1. Personalized Learning Plan: This includes a Learning Plan customized to each employee based on the training needs and the employee’s learning preferences.a. $150, per employee, per year.

2. Needs Analysis: This includes a complete assessment of what your organization needs to train on.a. $150 per hour (minimum of three hours)

This analysis is offered at No-Charge with five registered employees.

3. Business/Learning Coach:

Debbie DeVoe has an extensive and diverse, intellectual and experiential coaching background. She has been helping clients achieve their personal and professional outcomes for nearly 15 years and has helped to improve the lives of hundreds of people throughout the world with over 14,000 coaching sessions to date. Deb has a true knack for “stepping into” the client’s world where she is able to assist in finding the right solutions for their goals and challenges.

Todd DeVoe retired in 2006 from the US Navy Special Operations community of Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) as a Master EOD Technician and has earned a Master of Arts degree in Homeland Security from the American Military University. Becoming a learning professional in 1987 he has also managed high-risk and other adult learning programs for over 20 years.
