Southern Slope and Main Range zones of the Cavcasioni (Great Caucasus) fold and thrust mountain belt. GUDAURI-MTSKHETA-GORI-KHASHURI-BORJOMI-TBILISI - II During the excursion participants will get acquainted with 2 main tectonic units of Georgia: 1. Transcaucasian massif - Mtkvari foreland and The Achara-Trialeti fold and thrust mountain belt (central part). TBILISI-MANGLISI-ALGETI-MARNEULI-BOLNISI-DMANISI-TBILISI - III During the excursion participants will get acquainted with two main tectonic units of Georgia: 1. The Achara-Trialeti fold and thrust mountain belt and 2. The Artvin-Bolnisi Belt. TBILISI-GLDANI-IORI-UJARMA-GOMBORI-TELAVI-ALAZANI-KVARELI- SAGAREJO-TBILISI - IV During the excursion participants will get acquainted with two main tectonic units of Georgia: 1. Transcaucasian massif and 2. The Southern Slope Zone of the Cavcasioni. 1
