It is a set of expectations and practices around the ongoing examination of student data (instructor data) to ascertain the effectiveness of educational activities and subsequently to refine programs and practices to improve outcomes for students.”

GALIS Report AL 191 – Post- Test Tracker Print for every staff meeting to keep teachers up to

date with who needs to be post tested. It provides the most recent test info and hours attended since last test date and it saves time from having to pull student folders.

Take this report when you visit teachers Teachers should also print this report after the 10th

of each month to determine who needs to be post-tested.

Motivation Tips A happy teacher is a productive teacher!!! Provide personal incentives like cakes and gift

cards to the teachers for the most enrolled, or contact hours, or the highest percentage for the month.
