FrankhastoldeveryoneinsideFortTaylorthattheOuterSettlementshavebeen

wipedoutbyaggressivedinosaurs.Inordertoprotecthispeople,hehassealed

thetown.Nooneisallowedtowanderoutintothewildernessunlesstheyare

clearedtodosobyFrank.HunterClansareclearedtohuntforbushmeatinthe

outerboundary(whichextendsfortwomilesoutsidethewalls).Andofcourse

therearetheunluckycitizenswhogetstuckwithperimeterdutyplantingmines

andhelpingcutdowntreesandclearlandsothatthecentercanexpandoutward,

andFortTaylorcangrowstrongerandholdmorepeople.

Thesemeasuresareallasmokescreen.TheyreinplaceuntilFrankcandestroythe
