    I want to take this opportunity to talk about goals and

    perseverance. I became the first Diamond Sapphire Manager

    in India, because from the moment I joined FLP I was confident

    that this is the company where I can dare to dream BIG! Victor

    Hugo has said: Nothing is more powerful than an Idea whosetime has come. And we are in the right time and right place to

    start Business with FLP.

    Irrespective of our background, all of us have this dream of

    becoming successful in life. But for that we must follow some

    rules like:

    The day I studied Forever Living Products closely, I set myself

    a Goal and put it in my Dream Book to become a Diamond

    Sapphire Manager by March 2012. Then I made a list of the

    obstacles and challenges that I could pre-empt. The first obstacle

    was to build a strong team to become a Manager. Solution was

    to motivate my team and generate 120cc business. I realized

    that to build a strong team of distributors, I needed to identify

    leaders and give them a Plan of Action so that they remained

    Active (4cc business) in business. We worked as a team. I

    arranged for products and business trainings to empower myteam. We concentrated on identifying 15 Active distributors

    who would do their 4cc business every month. Out of them

    we identified 5 who decided to become Managers. These five

    followed the same methodology of goal setting and working

    towards their goals, ultimately they became Managers and I

    became a Soaring Manager

    But I had set my goals higher - Diamond Sapphire Manager,

    nothing less would do! I truly believe in Albert Einsteins

    powerful statement - Imagination is more important than

    knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the

    world.

    So focus on your Goal and your Dream as where you want to

    be. Happy are those who dream dreams and are ready to pay

    the price to make them come true.

    Aloe Barbadensis Miller, is a semi-tropical plant, one of

    over 300 species with a long colourful history. The termAloe Vera (meaning True Aloe) describes the species

    Aloe Barbadensis Miller most commonly used for its

    medicinal properties. The plant has lanceshaped sharp-

    pointed, jagged-edged leaves which grow directly from

    the ground in the form of a large rosette. Aloe is often

    mistakenly called a Desert Cacti, although in fact it

    is a member of the Lily with its flowers closely

    resembling Easter Lillies. Throughout the world,

    Aloe Vera is a familiar plant. It is probably one

    of the most discussed, but least understood

    medicinal plants in history. The many

    virtues of Aloe Vera have been recorded

    by many ancient civilizations, includingthose of Persia (Modern Day Iran),

    Egypt, Greece, Italy, India, and Africa.

    In modern times the plant is mentioned

    in the folklore of the Philippines & the

    islands of Southeast Asia including

    Malaysia. It is known in Tahiti, Japan &

    Hawaii. On the European continent, the

    Spanish used Aloe & carried it to their

    New World in the Caribbean & South

    America. And, of course Aloe is used in

    theUnitedStatesofAmerica,Canada&

    the U.K. bothasa drink & incosmetic&

    Ointment products.

    However, those using Aloe, should heed the

    words of the ancient Dioscorides, who said that

    the healing properties are to be found in the yellowish

    to liver-coloured, offensive smelling, bitter tasting juice.

    But many so-called 100% Aloe Vera products available

    on the market, many of which do not meet the description

    of Dioscorides, might be questioned, because simply if

    the product you are thinking of buying looks like water,

    smells like water and tastes like water, most likely you

    are buying water. Dioscorides wrote that Aloe has a leaf

    like a squill, thick, fat, somewhat broad in its compass...All of it has a strong scent and is very bitter to the taste...

    It has the power of binding, of inducing sleep, of drying,

    of thickening of the body, it loosens the belly, and the

    cleansing of the stomach by drinking two spoonfuls

    with cold water or warm milk. The Ancient Chinese

    placeAloeasa treatmentforskinafflictions.Inthe9th

    Century, Al-Kindi repeats the earlier information and

    also indicated its use for inflammatory pain, and

    related Aloes effective use for eye ulcers,

    for dyspnoea (shortness of breath) and for

    melancholy (low mood). During the Early

    years of this century, pharmaceutical

    companies studied thousands of plants.

    From those plants they derived many

    agents.However,sincethe1950sthis

    approach was reduced as it became

    expensive to manufacture agents from

    plants, so then synthetic manufacture

    became a cheaper alternative. Major

    drug companies also understood that

    natural agents are virtually impossible

    to patent and therefore control is

    very difficult. This is especially true for

    natural products like Aloe Vera, which

    has already been in use by the generalpopulation for many years, and in some

    parts of the world grows easily and can be

    cultivated for medical use.

    First of all we thank God, the supreme power, who has given us a chance to realize our

    dreams. We would like to thank Mr. Rex Maughan who has given us this opportunity

    through unique FLP products & distributor friendly Marketing Plan. We thank Mr. Amarjit

    uplines, Mr. Hari Prasad, Mr. B M Sharma and special thanks to Mr. S B Vats, who has

    shown us the right way to success & guided us every time, so that we could achieve this

    2005 and started working part time as we got fabulous results from the products that we

    Oh! My God. What a windfall! I am really grateful to my upline Mr Sunil Wadhwa who has been

    instrumental in this achievement. I am thankful to my great upline Mr Perm Rajan, my mentor, who

    has been a guiding force for me. The products have always been proved to be time-tested. I am a

    practising doctor specializing in spinal disorders using drugless system of therapy for over 20 years,

    these products have made my business multidimensional and I am able to help people suffering from

    AsIAN RALLY 2012

    First of all, we would like to thank our Lord Jesus

    Christ for His grace in helping us achieve this

    prestigious position of Senior Managers in FLP.

    I joined the company in 2004 and in the same

    year achieved manager level followed by Earned

    Incentive Level I. However, due to some challenges.

    Forever Living Products could not be brought into

    the state which hampered its growth for a short

    while. However, in early 2011 when we were

    informed that the company was going to open its

    office in Aizawl, Mizoram and also finding out that

    the compensation Plan of FLP was far better than

    any other Network Marketing Company, I resigned

    from the other company and continued our work

    whole heartedly in FLP again and was fortunate

    enough to achieve Senior Manager in May 2011

    followed by Earned Incentive Level I. To find our

    name in the Top 5 Business Builders in the Personal

    and Non-Managers category was indeed a pleasant

    surprise! I would like to mention here that all these

    achievements are the result of merely 10 months

    of dedicated and focused team work. A huge thank

    you to all my success lines.

    I am very proud to be associated with FLP since it

    gave us true Financial Freedom. For ordinary peoplelike us earning Rs 1.8 lakhs in one month is no joke!!

    A year ago I had taken a housing loan from the bank

    for a period of 15 years. Thank God for FLP as I

    have been able to pay off major chunk of my loan

    amount! It is unbelievable! Last month the whole

    family went for our first holiday trip, our two sons

    enjoyed to their heart content, air travel, expensive

    restaurants, shopping was like a dream come true

    for them! All this good life is attributed only to FLP

    which brings great health with good wealth.

    I owe my success, to my uplines Vicky and Pinola

    and Mrs. L. Rosiami and not to forget all of my

    group members who worked really hard and playeda huge role in bringing this success to us. I also

    express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Amarjit and

    Nikita for setting up the FLP office even in such a

    remote place like Mizoram where, unlike the recent

    past, personal health is now given great importance

    and the public in general have started considering

    health as an investment.

    I would like to conclude by saying that FLP is the
