1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. Project Description
The Te Giac Trang (TGT or White Rhinoceros) Field is located in the northern part of Block 16
1, in the Cuu Long Basin offshore Vietnam, it is about 100km southeast of Vung Tau shore
base, 20km northwest of the Bach Ho Field and 35km west of the Rang Dong Field.

TGT Field is divided into H1, H2, H3, H4 and H5 fault blocks. Hoang Long Joint Operating
Company (HLJOC) has commenced production from TGT Oil Field since 2011. Currently, the
field facilities of the TGT Field are summarized as follows:
A 16 slot H1-WHP is located in a water depth of 43.0 m (LAT) over the H1.1, H1.2 and
H2 areas;
A 16 slot H4-WHP is located in a water depth of 44.77 m (LAT) and middle of the H4
and H3N area;
A leased FPSO Armada TGT1 is located approximately 2 km southeast of H1-WHP, in a
water depth of 43.4 m (LAT);
A PLEM and connect subsea pipelines including 4x10 multiphase flow lines, a 10
water injection flow line and a 8 Gas-lift gas flow line between the H1-WHP and the
FPSO;
A 16 multiphase pipeline, a 8 water injection pipeline, a 6 gas-lift pipeline connecting
H4-WHP to H1-WHP with a length of 7km each;

An SSIV and a 8 subsea gas export pipeline from the PLEM to the tie-in point with the
12 Gas collection pipeline which is installed and operated by PetroVietnam Gas (PV
Gas);
The WHPs are normally unattended installations with independent power and control
systems;
There will be no processing on the WHPs, i.e. full well streams transferred to the FPSO
Armada TGT1 for processing, storing and export;
Oil export via by shuttle tanker.
Well stream fluids from H4-WHP are transported to H1-WHP via an infield pipeline, and then
commingled with well stream fluids from H1-WHP. Additionally, well stream fluids from Hai
Su Trang (HST) / Hai Su Den (HSD) Fields, Block 15-2/01, adjacent to Block 16-1 is also tied-
in H1-WHP. The commingled well stream fluids are sent to the FPSO for processing via four
multiphase 10 flow lines. A leased FPSO Armada TGT1 provides all processing facilities,
utilities and storage for export oil. The produced gas (less fuel gas) is exported to shore via 8
subsea gas export pipeline and the newly installed 12 Gas collection pipeline tied in to
existing STV-RD-BH pipeline. Injection water is supplied from the FPSO via a 10 carbon
steel pipeline. The Gas-lift gas is also supplied from FPSO via an 8 carbon steel pipeline.
Gas lift and water injection for HST/HSD Fields are also provided from FPSO via a gas lift and
a water injection pipelines.
The H5 project is an upstream project which includes a well head platform H5 and infield
pipeline system. One insulated 12 NPS pipeline is to transport well stream fluid from well
head platform H5 to H1 Riser Base for commingling with H1 fluids and onwards to FPSO for
stabilization and exporting, one 8 NPS pipeline is to transport water injection from well head
platform H4 to H5 for reservoir pressure maintenance and one 6 NPS pipeline is to transport
lift gas from H4 to H5 for gas lift application. It is preferred by COMPANY for subsea tie in
for water injection at tie in spools adjacent to H4 platform.

1.5. Scope of Document
The purpose of this document is to detail the step by step procedure for load out spools from
site to vessel at PVC MS port. Total have 21 main part and some ben part of spool need load
out, the parts have long smaller than 15 m no need check by software. Appendix 1 will details

2. LOAD OUT PROCEDURE
2.1. Spools data
Spools data were descripted details at Company documents. They include pipe 12 inch, 10
inch, 8 inch, 6 inch with vary in long, vary in weight... Maximum weight (estimate 21 metric
tons) is 12 inch spool at H5 platform.
2.2. Procedure
The spools fabrication will be done at site (PVC MS port) and will be loaded out to vessel by
crane. Load out sequence for one spool table as below, other spools same it.

1.5. Scope of Document
This report documents the lifting analysis for the details engineering design of TGT-H5
Topside and Pipeline T&I. The following lifting calculations were performed for part of
Spools with long dimension more than 15m. With part of Spools smaller than 15m no need
recheck by SACS Software.

2. ANALYSIS PROCEDURE AND ASSUMPTIONS
2.1. Procedure
The analysis was carried out based on the following steps:
Structural model and simulation of structural behavior.
Loads and simulation of load effects.
Load combinations.
Joint and member checks in accordance with relevant design codes.
The software used for the analysis is SACS Program Version 5.6.
2.2. Modeling and Load input
The SACS models used for Spools lifting analysis is molded by SACS software. The model
thus consists of the following main components:
Part of spool 12, 10, 8, 6 at H5, H4, H1 Well Head Platform.
A hook point shall be created above the COG, with the longest sling making a minimum 60
degrees sling angle to horizontal plane.
2.3. Analysis Loading Conditions
Two one loading conditions are considered for the analysis, as follows:
1) One hook analysis, connected to padeye (with DAF of 2.00 for members)
2) One hook analysis, not connected to padeye (with DAF of 1.35 for members)
to differentiate results between different DAF.
2.4. Design Codes, Standard and Specifications
The structure is designed to satisfy the Working Stress Design (WSD) requirements and is
performed in accordance with the following:

adopted from the drawings POS-H5-S-LA-SP-001, POS-H5-S-LA-SP-002, POS-H5-S-LA-SP-
003, POS-H5-S-LA-SP-004, POS-H5-S-LA-SP-005, POS-H5-S-LA-SP-006, POS-H5-S-LA-
SP-007, POS-H5-S-LA-SP-008.

3.2 Dynamic Amplification Factor (DAF)
Dynamic amplification factor (DAF) of 1.35 and 2.00 shall be applied to the factored lift
weight. Structural members attached directly to the pad eye will be designed against DAF of
2.00 while other structural members will only be checked against DAF of 1.35.
3.3 Spools lifting analysis for load out condition
The lifting analysis for spools was has two slings lifting arrangement will be used. Appendix 1
is detailed SACS input file. The lifting analysis model is showed follow figure.

4. ANALYSIS RESULTS
The analysis results indicate that the spools structure is adequately designed for onshore. Unity
checks (UC) for all members are below 1.00. A summary of results are given in Table 4.1; 4.2;
4.3; 4.4; see Appendix 2 for more details.
