following Empires/regions: Africa, Ottoman Empire, India, SE Asia, China, Japan, & Pacific Islands.

• Assign Roles: 2 Researchers/Presenters, 2-3 Drawers.

• You will have two days to complete your poster.

• All of the information can be found in your book.

Your Poster Must Include…

• 1) A map of the region with each empires’ possessions color coded.

• 2)Pictures of the Heads of State and Rebellion Leaders.

• 3) An Explanation of why the empires took over that region (interests).

• 4) Who were the Oppressed people, organized rebellions & their leaders?

• 5) The Actions (diplomacy, laws, etc.)& Conflicts• 6) What are the long-term results of the

imperialism?
