I think the moon does not rise at the same time and location because the earth rotation and the earth axis and I think it rise at the same time.

Procedure

1. Stay up late.

2. See if the moon is up and see the location.

3. Record the data of the time and location on a sheet of paper.

Conclusion

My hypothesis was correct because the moon doesn’t come out at the same time and the same location. The answer to my question is that the moon doesn’t come out at the same time and same location. I got problem with the moon because when it rain or when the cloud is in the way we got to try again tomorrow.

The thing I would like to investigation is why dose the moon comes in every bad weather like raining and cloudy.
