LISTEN TO YOUR DREAMS God visits Solomon in a dream, and the scripture story nowhere tells us that Solomon awoke to have this conversation with God! So, still in his dream, Solomon answers God’s question about what he desires most, and God grants his request for wisdom in abundance. In our waking hours, we are much dis-tracted by work, home, family, traffic, en-tertainment, and many worries. When we try to think about what we really want out of life, we have trouble even imagining what that might be. But deep inside, our real longings dwell, known to God and to the Holy Spirit. Our dreams, unencum-bered by defenses, may hold clues to what our deepest needs are, or what bothers us most. They could be God speaking.

En nuestras horas de vigilia, estamos muy distraídos con el trabajo, la casa, la familia, el tráfico, la diversión y muchas preocupacio-nes. Cuando tratamos de pensar en qué es lo que realmente queremos en la vida, nos cuesta un poco imaginar lo que pueda ser. Mas allá en el fondo, moran nuestros verdaderos anhelos, que Dios y el Espíritu Santo conocen. Nuestros sueños, libres de las trabas de las defensas, pue-den guardar la clave de nuestras más hondas necesidades o lo que nos molesta más. Puede
que sean el modo que Dios usa para hablarnos.

CCD AND AGAPE REGISTRATION Registrations will begin August 9, 10, 11 and continue on 15, 16, 17 of Au-gust, 2017 (excluding Fridays) in room #1 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. There will be NO REGISTRA-TIONS at the summer festival this year for Catechism. Classes start Tuesday August 29 and Wednesday 30, 2017. Items needed to register are: Baptism Certificate and proof of health insurance for the child/Youth. Any questions call 875-6340.
KNIT & CROCHET Meets on Tuesday at 2196 Holt Ave. Sanger, 6pm to7:30 pm. Yarn donations accepted. CAN-DRY FOOD AND VOLUNTEERS NEEDED.
Fr. Hannibal house is in great need of donations of food. Volunteers for the thrift store are ur-gently needed, you can

ST LASALLE Registration for Pre-School, TK, and Kindergarten through 8th grade are underway for the new school year. Let your child grow with us! Visit us or call (559) 638-2621 for more info or to schedule a visit. We are running a special for Pre-School! Enroll your child in July or August 2017 and your Registration Fee will be waived. A JOURNEY IN FAITH. RCIA, for children, will resume August 20, 2017 at 9:30 am. All who are not baptized by the age of seven are invited to participate in these sessions. Adults needing a Sac-raments or just wanting to know more about their faith. Registration will start on August 20, 2017 from 9am to 12 noon at the Of-fice of Faith Formation.
