Nesta Requirement: Refine, create and deliver the Community Engagement and Sustainable Development Tool as more simplified, and cost effective, instrument that can be used for project evaluation.
The Tool then…
• Excel database to manage participant involvement.
• Paper based & online form facilitated through Survey Monkey.
• Communication managed through independent mailout system.
• Results exported in Excel format for analysis.
• Difficulty in tracking & managing responses.
• Time spent managing Baseline & Follow up surveys.
• Time intensive in managing participants & delivering messages.
• Complexities in identifying like for like data for accurate analysis.
