With more than 200 clubs and organizations to join, you’ll be able to explore your interests and passions. It’s also easy to start a new club. We’re establishing new traditions all the time, and creating a student organization is one way to leave your mark. We also have one of the premier athletic programs in NCAA Division III. Our student athletes participate in 23 varsity sports, including cheerleading and sailing. If you’re not interested in competing on a varsity team, we have active club and intramural sports programs as well.

We’ve completed nearly $1 billion in capital construction over the past 19 years and have built a beautiful campus with world-class facilities that include more than just dazzling and wildly popular residence halls. LOCATION

Our location is spectacular. Situated on the Virginia Peninsula, CNU’s 260-acre campus is in the heart of Hampton Roads. There is so much to enjoy — Busch Gardens, Virginia Beach, Colonial Williamsburg, and many waterfront attractions and smaller beaches that dot the area. You’ll be a short walk from the stunning James River and Mariners’ Museum Park, a 550-acre nature preserve surrounding pristine Lake Maury.
