Regulated Swiss Payment Provider

Payrexx acts as a Swiss Payment Service Provider since 2015 and has focused on technical processing of online payment methods. Payrexx operates an in-house developed payment platform that is already used by more than 10.000 customers. All systems are set up in a redundant way and guarantee the highest reliability being also certified according to the strict PCI-DSS guidelines. In addition Payrexx also independently partners with PostFinance, Concardis, Worldpay, Skrill, Ingenico, BS PAYONE, RazorPay and further international payment providers.

Flexible Payrexx all-in-one tools enable companies, organizations and private persons to start accepting online payments within a few minutes. PCI DSS Compliance A Must to Accept Process Card Payments

Payrexx AG fulfills all strict PCI DSS Level 2 requirementswhich enables us to process all types of credit cards.

Credit card data theft is frequently initiated by private persons as well as criminal organizations. Image, reputation and financial damage to this criminal activity are enormous. Therefore leading credit card organisations such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JBC und Discover Financial Services, have developed a common security standard called Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, also referred to as PCI DSS in order to maintain data security doing credit card payments.

Fulfillment of PCI DSS regulations is compulsory for all parties that act as a gateway during the transfer, processing and storing of the credit card data. Different PCI DSS levels exist and the obligation to fulfill each level depends on the payment provider or merchant volume. Depending on the obtained level, a corresponding organisation is suppose to undergo regular checkups.

Financial Intermediary SRO

Only institutions that fulfill FINMA requirements are allowed to become financial providers in Switzerland. Payrexx AG, is a member of the self-regulated organisation for financial intermediaries (VQF, Zug) and is subjected to its regulation. Therefore our company undergoes annual revisions from external Swiss parties.

Being a financial intermediary we are controlled by a GwG which enables to support electronic payments as well as related types of activities.
