Saturday 16th August 2014 The UK’s favourite Proms concert returns once again in 2014 in it's 24th year! Come and join us for a magical evening of popular classics, fabulous fireworks and a wonderful flag waving finale! Featuring the renowned English National Orchestra and everybody’s favourite conductor Jae Alexander who will be joined on stage by star soloists (tbc) performing popular Proms classics. As darkness falls a spectacular firework display will fill the Yorkshire skies to a selection of traditional Proms favourites including Rule Britannia, Jerusalem and Elgar’s Pomp And Circumstance March No 1. Gazebo Packages Our exclusive gazebo packages offers you, your friends and clients a fantastic opportunity to simply entertain, mingle, eat, drink and relax in the comfort of your gazebo, while you all enjoy the show.

You can choose between having a private gazebo (bookings of between 8-12) or shared (less than 8). If your group is larger than 12 we are able to join multiple gazebos together for your party (subject to numbers and availability). On arriving at the gazebo hospitality and garden area you will be greeted and shown to your gazebo decorated with twinkly lights and lanterns, should you chose option 1, you will find your complimentary cool bags containing your chilled picnic beautifully prepared for your enjoyment.

Option 1 – Full VIP Gazebo package including picnic

• Access to the hospitality area enclosed by a natural fence line of bay trees and garden rope

• Gazebos decorated with lanterns and summer flowers and twinkly lights

• Clothed table and picnic chairs • VIP car parking (1 per couple) • 4 course picnic presented in complimentary cool bags. • 1 bottle of white wine per cool bag (for 2 people) • 1 bottle of Harrogate Spa still water per cool bag • Option to pre-order additional drinks or bring in your

Option 2 – VIP gazebo without the picnic

• Access to the hospitality area enclosed by a natural fence line of bay trees and garden rope

• Gazebos decorated with lanterns and summer flowers and twinkly lights

• Clothed table and use of picnic chairs • VIP car parking (1 per couple) • Event staff in attendance

Cost: £45 per person inc VAT Plus the cost of your concert ticket (which we can buy on your behalf, no booking fees)

Picnic only – Collect and Go (for multiples of 2) Relieve the hassle of preparing your own picnic by ordering one of our specially selected Lewis & Cooper picnics. Guests will be able to collect their picnic at the concert site and chose a place of their own to sit within the main arena and enjoy the show.
