Preferred Experience, Skills and Education: Previousexperience in higher education and PHR, SPHR or GPHRcertication strongly preferred. Possess strategic insight andability to communicate an organizational and global perspectiveof strategic HR initiatives. A graduate degree in law, business or related eld is preferred.
