Congratulations to all the intramural teams this Fall for a successful season! The weather could not have been better for our end of the season Festival and Tournament Day, held at Richboro Elemen-tary, Richboro Middle and Rolling Hills Elemen-
tary Schools.
A visit from Chris Seitz, goalie for the Philadelphia Union Men’s Soccer Team, was one of the high-lights of the day. He signed autographs and took photographs with

FC Bucks Girls Teams
Compete in First ECNL Event
RALEIGH, N.C. (Dec. 6, 2010) – Featuring 184
teams from 49 different clubs, the ECNL Final
Four Showcase came to a close Sunday in Raleigh,
N.C. Despite a snowstorm on Saturday which
caused the cancellation of all games on Sunday, the
ECNL’s second national event of the 2010-11 sea-
son held December 3rd to 5th featured great com-
petition in front of a significant number of college
coaches.
Our FC Bucks girls teams, U15-18, represented the
club proudly, going 4-3-1 in our first event. Play-
ers, coaches and parents were given their first
glimpse of the league up close and the feedback
was all positive. We are lucky to be able to give
our kids the opportunity to play in such a fantastic
competition and look forward to supporting the
growth of the league and competing in it success-
fully for many years to come.

CRUSA Intramural, Travel,
Elite and FC Bucks—
How are They Connected?
One of CRUSA's greatest strengths is that we can of-
fer a place to play soccer for almost any child, of any
ability from the age of 4 to 18. CRUSA is one of the
few soccer clubs in the area that offers multiple teams
in each age group at a recreational, travel and premier
level soccer.
We offer intramural starting at U4 and maintain
teams through U18. Our Intramural program is one of
the largest in the area and CRUSA offers both a
spring and a fall season. Some of our oldest age
groups (high school ages) compete with other local
Intramural programs, but most of our Intramural
teams play all games at our home facilities in the
Richboro area. We are especially proud of our small
sided Intramural program for the youngest soccer
ages of U4-U7, which now includes over 400 youth
players enrolled in this fun and educational program.
Starting at U7, children have the choice to stay in the
intramural program or may opt to play in the CRUSA
Developmental Travel Academy. The Travel Acad-
emy is a program designed to help develop individual
skills and prepare children for travel soccer. Small
sided play and individual creativity is stressed. The
Developmental Travel Academy is a year round pro-
gram and requires slightly more commitment than
intramural play. Travel academy teams are split into
even groups based on ability and the primary focus is
on skill development.
Beginning at the soccer age of U9; all CRUSA travel
players are now eligible for the traditional travel soc-
cer program. Players are split by ability into two /
three or four teams in each age group gen-
der. Individual skills and creativity are still the pri-
mary focus with some emphasis on tactical
team play.

Congratulations on a Job
Well Done!
Congratulations to Marissa Weinstein who has been collecting used soccer balls for her mitzvah project. Marissa plays for the U13 CRUSA Ex-
treme. Below is a summary of her experience.
For my mitzvah project I collected soccer balls for a foundation called Kick for Nick. Nick was a young man who went to battle in Iraq and saw some young boys and girls playing soccer with bags of rocks and cans. Nick wanted to collect soccer balls for them but he was killed by a road-side bomb so he didn’t have a chance. So I de-cided to help collect and send soccer balls to Iraq to continue Nick’s wishes. I sent emails, made flyers, and made huge boxes and brought them to tournaments and tried to collect them there. Plus I also got them from friends and family. I col-lected 235 soccer balls! On October 17th 2010, I went to Nick’s dad’s house in Connecticut to drop off the boxes full of soccer balls. He is going to send them to the soldiers in the army so they
could give them to kids in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Thank you Marissa, for contributing to such a worthy cause and thank you, CRUSA Family, for
all of the soccer balls that you contributed!

Currently at U11, another program within CRUSA
is introduced called FC Bucks. FC Bucks premier
teams have separate tryouts from CRUSA and have
professional head coaches. The FC Bucks program
is intended to give players with this level of com-
mitment and ability the opportunity to train and
compete at the highest level regionally and nation-
ally, which allows for the greatest exposure to both
college and regional/national team opportunities.
Currently our girls FC Bucks girls program is
ranked #14 in the country and are part of an exclu-
sive national league called Elite Clubs National
League. Last year our U18 Vipers team won the
national championship and returned to nationals
this year at U19.
Because of the depth of talent in our program, we
recently introduced our CRUSA Elite pro-
gram. CRUSA Elite was developed for players that
want to play at a premier level for a professional
coach, but with a little less commitment than the FC
Bucks teams. Typically these teams begin at U11
or U12, but can be formed at any older age with the
right playing ability and interest level.
We are very proud of all of our programs
and thrilled to be able to offer children of the com-
munity so many options to fit their level of soccer
interest and ability.
