Overview of complete packing line

The plant was installed new in 2012, is located in Bathurst NSW and has had less than 18 months use 2 Complete lines each Consisting of a Bucket Elevator which elevates the product to a height of 4200mm and into a “Yamato” 14 Bucket multi head weigher, after weighing, the product is inspected by a “Saimo” Inline Metal Detector and then packed into individual packs via a “Sanko” Vertical Form Fill and Seal Machine, the packs are then automatically collated (currently 4 packs) and fed into a “Propac” Model AV2.2LH Vertical Form Fill and Seal
