*离开廷布途经旺杜前往富哲卡山谷(岗堤)(廷布-旺杜 =70公里约3小时，旺杜-岗堤=60公里约2小时)，充满 乡村田园风光，中途经过海拔3400米[多楚拉隘口] 在此可欣赏喜玛拉雅山脉雄山峻岭的英姿，并可观赏 到[楚克旺耶记念碑]的108座佛塔，在这迷人山色中 享用悠闲的奶茶。

*夜宿岗堤。

*[岗堤寺] 以精致的木雕和壁画闻名，在此可俯瞰 欣赏富比卡山谷美景

*[普那卡宗] 城堡雄伟 ,气势磅礴坐落于海拔1463 米公河及母河交流之处,背山面水,以一条古老木 桥对岸连接,颇具特色，被誉为全国最美丽庄严的 宗庙。

*[岗堤山谷][富比卡谷地]-不丹少数冰川峡谷之一 是世界唯一黑颈鹤的冬天栖息地，而濒临绝种的 黑颈鹤每年12月都会飞来这里避寒，春天再飞回 西藏。是不丹最美丽著名的风景区。在此可欣赏 普那卡以及位于谷底的旺杜谷地 的奇观，感受一 下高山与低地之间的变化。

*[虎穴寺]，不丹国内最神圣雄伟壮观的佛教寺庙， 举世闻名，被誉为世界十大超级寺庙之一。它位于 帕罗山谷上方900米高悬崖峭壁上，海拔3000多米。 据古代经书记载，当年莲花生大师骑飞虎从西藏来 到此地降妖服魔，并在这里修行三个月，因此被奉 为圣地，全不丹的信徒均来此顶礼膜拜。
