Enhancement: T3 Tire Market Price Intelligence Preview

Description: All TIPS users will be able to access competitive tire pricing from Tire Buyer.com and Costco.com by clicking a button on search results for Michelin, BFGoodrich and Uniroyal tires.

This feature will expire on January 1, 2013 for non-Plus Level T3 Dealers.
