Hong Kong Academy of Medicine is pleased to announce the 2006 HKAM and Medical Alumni Golf Tournament.

Date:Wednesday, 29 November 2006

Time:Tee-off times will be start at around 11:00am. In view of the limited tee-off times available, only 100 players will be accepted on FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. Late entries will be put on the reserve list.

Venue:The Jockey Club Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course Limited

Eligibility:HKAM Fellows, official guests of HKAM and HKU/CUHK Medical Alumni are welcome.

Green Fee:Hong Kong ID Cardholder : HK$500Overseas/ Non -Hong Kong ID Cardholder : HK$700

Deadline of Entry:Monday, 6 November 2006

Format:Stableford points competition with maximum handicap 24. Players with handicap above 24 will play off 24. Men will play off the white tee. Ladies will play off the red tee.

Refreshments:Half-way house drinks will be provided.

Cocktails and Dinner:All participants will be invited to a cocktail reception at around 6pm, followed by dinner with prize presentation after the tournament at the Function Room.

Disputes:All questions and disputes shall be referred to the Organizing Committee whose decision will be final.
