Phng php ny thng s dng to cc vt phm c hnh dng phc tp, sn phm to thnh c s dng khng qua cc qu trnh gia cng trung gian.Thnh phn ca hn hp phn ng l:- Monome(VC tinh khit):100 phn khi lng. - Cht khi u:0,02 0,1% so vi monome.Cht khi u: peroxit benzoyl hoc azodiazo butylronitril, cht khi u tan trong monome.u tin cho VCM v cht khi u vo, tin hnh khuy trn, gia nhit. Trng hp nhit 60 70 oC, p sut 7,5 8,5 atm, thi gian phn ng t 16 20 gi, vn tc cnh khuy 60 70 vng/pht. Khi p sut cn li 4,5 5 atm l c. Hiu sut chuyn ha ca VCM khong 85%. Tch VCM tha bng cch gia nhit v khuy trn mnh lm VCM bay hi. ti: Thit k dy chuyn sn xut PVC huyn ph nng sut 45000 tn/nmSVTH: Nguyn Tn Thng-00H41.4.2 Trng hp dung dchDung mi s dng phi tr vi cc hp cht trong phn ng hn ch phn ng truyn mch.* Phng php th nht gi l phng php "vecni" trong mi trng phn ng l dung mi ha tan c c monome ln Polyme nh dicloetan, disunfuacacbon. Tuy nhin sn phmcaqu trnh ny c th em i sdng ngay cho cc cng on khc nh em i ko si to cc sn phm vi lt my mc.* Phng php th hai l tin hnh trng hp trong dung mi ha tan monome nhng khng ha tan Polyme nh axeton. Trong trng hp ny polyme dn dn tch ra dng bt mn.Phng php ny d iu khin nhit phn ng nhng do nng ca monome thp nn Polyme thu c c trng lng phn t khng cao.Qu trnh trng hp: dung mi c cho vo trc, sau cho vinylclorua lng ri cho cht khi u vo. Phng php ny tin hnh nhit thp (35 40oC).Thnh phn ca hn hp: - Monome: Vinylclorua dng lng - Dung mi: khng ha tan polyme (ru), hoc ha tan polyme (dicloetan). - Cht khi u hoc cht xc tc - Cht n nh nhit, n nh pH ( nu c ).1.4.3 Trng hp nh tngThnh phn hn hp phn ng gm:- Monome: VC tinh khit- Nc: lm mi trng phn tn to nh tng cha khong 30 60 % monome. ti: Thit k dy chuyn sn xut PVC huyn ph nng sut 45000 tn/nmSVTH: Nguyn Tn Thng-00H4- Cht nh ha: tng cng s to nh v lm n nh nh tng ca h thng, cht nh ha l cc loi x phng ca axit bo hm lng 0,1 0,2 %.- Cht n nh pH- Cht n nh nh tng (nu c).- Cht khi mo cho phn ng (h oxy ha kh H2O2 + persulfat) y cht khi mo tan trong nc v th phn ng trng hp xy ra khu vc tip xc gia vinylclorua v nc. Polyme to thnh trng thi nh tng trong nc nn cn phi tch polyme ra khi nh tng.Cht khi u thng dng l h oxy ha kh H2O2+ persulfat, kim loi kim. Cht nh ha l cc loi x phng axit bo, trietanol amin dng vi mt lng khong 0,1 0,5% trng lng nc. Lng cht nh ha tng th phn tn ht polyme tng lm thay i vn tc phn ng v trng lng phn t ca polyme.i vi trng hp nh tng, cht khi u khng nhng dng hp cht peroxit nginmcndnghoxyhakhbomvntctrnghplnhn(nhh persulfat amon vi NaHSO4v h H2O2-ion Fe2+). Ngoi ra cn thm mui m gi nguyn pH (thng t 4 n 9). Mui m hay dng l axetat kim loi nng pht pht, cacbnat kim loi kim.
