It is a tradition at Congregation Torah Ohr to honor our de-parted members by establishing a named fund in their memory. These funds support Torah learning and educa-tional programs at our Kehilla. Please be advised that Me-morial Funds have been opened for Rasha and David Sklar, for Arnold Wandel, and for Robert Seewald. We invite you to contribute to these funds by making checks payable to Congregation Torah Ohr and marking them with the name of the specific member. Thank you.

SHUL OFFICE HOURS Our staff is available to assist you ONLY at the following times:

Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, and Friday from 9:00 am – 12 Noon.

We appreciate your cooperation.

Derech Eretz: Our shul policy is that there are no “reserved” seats at any of our services (except the few officially so designated). While a gentle request for an accommodation may be in order at those special times only, no one already seated should be told he or she must move. Seats may not be held for late-comers. Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

Rabbi Yasgur: There are two ways to reach Rabbi Yasgur in the Shul by phone. The preferred option is to call the Rabbi’s direct number, 451-2566. The second is to call the Shul’s main number, 479-4049, and select option 3. If one leaves a message in the general office voicemail box at a time when the office is not open, that message will not be heard until office hours resume. If Rabbi Yasgur is not availa-ble on his direct line and there is an urgent matter, you may reach the Rabbi on his cell, 203-526-4014.
