Bruce is vice president and Toronto district manager with overall responsibility for district operations in the Greater Toronto Area and southwestern Ontario. With more than three decades of PCL experience he has spent more than 25 years with PCL in Toronto.

Bruce has been part of PCL’s leadership teams in Calgary and Toronto. He holds a BSc

degree in civil engineering from the University of Alberta and is a registered professional engineer.

Bruce is a Canadian Construction Association Gold Seal certified project manager, and was the Toronto recipient of the 2001 Robert Stollery Construction Leadership Award, one of the highest awards of excellence given out by PCL to recognize exemplary leadership qualities and contributions to the growth of the PCL family of companies.

As Toronto vice president and district manager, Kelly is responsible for district operations in the Greater Toronto Area and southwestern Ontario.

His responsibilities encompass oversight of the district’s Building Revitalization and Retail integrated business unit and PCL Agile (off-site construction, own forces work, and

strategic procurement), as well as management of major projects (including AFP/P3 and civil infrastructure). Kelly also oversees Toronto’s Estimating and Labour Relations departments.

Kelly brings more than 25 years of experience and has held various leadership positions throughout PCL in Canada for more than 20 years. He began his career in Winnipeg in 1998, progressing to senior project manager before transferring to Edmonton to take on a construction manager role on some very high profile healthcare projects. Thereafter, he took on the role of Special Projects manager. He transferred to Toronto as operations manager in 2013, progressing to his current role of vice president and district manager.

Kelly is a graduate of the civil engineering technology program at Red River College. He was the Winnipeg recipient of the 2004 Robert Stollery Construction Leadership Award, one of the highest awards of excellence given out by PCL to recognize exemplary leadership qualities and contributions to the growth of the PCL family of companies.

As Toronto district manager, Marc is responsible for district operations in the Greater Toronto Area and southwestern Ontario.

His responsibilities encompass oversight of the district’s Special Projects and Residential integrated business units and our Solar Centre of Excellence as well as management of major projects and our Expert Services Group.

Marc has more than 15 years of PCL experience beginning his career in Ottawa in 2003, where he progressed to project manager in 2007. In 2013, Marc relocated to Calgary to lead the Special Projects group, and was promoted to operations manager there in 2017.

Marc holds a bachelor of applied science degree in civil engineering from the University of Ottawa. He was the Ottawa district winner of the Robert Stollery Construction Leadership Award in both 2008 and 2010, and received the Ross Grieve Excellence in Leadership Award in 2013. These awards are given out by PCL to recognize exemplary leadership qualities and contributions to the growth of the PCL family of companies.

As a Toronto district operations manager, Sean assists the district managers with daily operational matters, and is responsible for ensuring that PCL project teams are provided with the necessary support and resources to meet schedules, cost, and quality requirements of projects assigned to him. Sean’s leadership is focused on the district’s Building Revitalization, Retail, Agile Construction Services, and Major Projects integrated business units.

With more than 20 years of construction experience, Sean joined PCL Toronto in 2000. Projects in his portfolio include the Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort, the Atlantis project in the Bahamas, the St. Joseph’s Healthcare Redevelopment - Stage 2 project, and the St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton West 5th Campus Redevelopment project. Most recently, Sean has served as construction manager on the Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health and Wellness project.

Sean holds a bachelor of science in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. He is a graduate of PCL’s Peter Greene Leadership Course and was the Toronto recipient of the 2005 Robert Stollery Construction Leadership Award, one of the highest awards of excellence given out by PCL to recognize exemplary leadership qualities and contributions to the growth of the PCL family of companies.

With more than 32 years of construction experience, Gopi is a skilled construction professional who has been involved in a wide variety of high-profile projects throughout his progressive career, both in North America and abroad, including the Atlantis Hotel Casino Resort Phase 3 in the Bahamas, Niagara Health P3 project in St. Catharines, and the $1.1B Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre in Melbourne, Australia.

Gopi holds a bachelor of Civil Engineering from India and is a Canadian Construction Association Gold Seal certified project manager.

John joined the PCL family in 1987 and has worked in various operational roles in Toronto, Ottawa, and Halifax. Prior to taking on his current role, he spent over a decade growing the PCL brand in Atlantic Canada.

John has a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Calgary, as well as a master of business administration from the University of Western Ontario. He is a

Canadian Construction Association Gold Seal certified project manager, and a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario. During his career in the construction industry, John worked on many landmark projects including Brookfield Place (formerly BCE Place), the Air Canada Centre and the Canadian War Museum.

John has been involved with the board of directors of the Construction Association of Nova Scotia which included roles on the executive committee and a year as chairman. He currently serves on the board of governors of both the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia and Nova Scotia Community College, and has also been involved with the United Way for the past 13 years.

John was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2013 for his contribution to the construction industry and community, and was named one of Atlantic Canada’s Top Business Leaders in 2013 and 2014.

Recently appointed to Vice President, Corporate Development, National Operations, John now leads relationship management and business development for PCL’s existing and prospective national clients and is an integral part of the Toronto District Business Development team with a focus on client relationships.

As Toronto’s director of Business Development, Terry is focused on business development and strategic growth. He is responsible for managing the district’s business development practices and strategies, including market research, planning, and relationship management with a ‘Solution Provider’ focus on customer values, needs, and priorities as a foundation for nurturing and building lasting relationships.

Terry has more than 25 years of construction experience. Since joining PCL in 1998 he has served in various positions ranging from district building systems manager to Integrated Business Unit (IBU) manager to senior construction manager. Under Terry’s leadership, the district successfully launched the Renewable Energy IBU in 2011, which quickly propelled PCL to a position of leadership in Ontario’s Renewable Energy market, generating over $700 million in new work. Most recently, he has led PCL Agile, which is experiencing strong growth and has strategically positioned PCL to leverage this nontraditional business unit for success, something Terry will continue to support in his new role.

Terry holds a diploma in Energy Management - Environmental Controls Engineering – Mechanical Technologist from Humber College of Applied Arts & Technology, is a LEED accredited professional, and a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. He is also a graduate of the PCL Leadership Course (2013), and remains active in the renewable energy industry through membership in both the Canadian Solar Industry Association and the Canadian Wind Energy Association.
