3. Quyet dinh cac van d~ lien quan d~n viec phat hanh Trai Phi~u phu hQ'Pvoi Phuong AnPhat hanh, bao gom nhung khong gioi han./ Decide on issues related to the issuance ofBonds in accordance with the Issuance Plan, including but not limited to:

Decide and sign files and documents which are submitted to the SecuritiesDepository Center, Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, other competent Stateagencies relating to the registration and listtlig of Bonds in accordance with theprovisions of law;

Perform other necessary tasks to successfully carryout the Bond registration at the Securities Depository Center and Bond List at Ho ChiMinh City Stock Exchange;
