The 2 patients with imatinib-induced pneumonitis developped dasatinib-related lung disease
Clinically revealed by dry cough +progressively increasing dyspnea
Tt was interrupted in 8/8 patients and dose was reduced in 7/8.
3 patients discontinued trial after the 1rst episode and 3 after recurrence.
