Held January 2nd through January 4th in the Coquina Ballroom at the Grande Lakes JW Marriott in Orlando, Florida, the conference proved further evidence of the unwavering strength of R3Global one of the life forces behind MonaVie. Dallin Larsen, MonaVie President and CEO, came to show his support, along with his wife Karree, and top sales teams like Brig and Lita Hart, Steve and Gina Merritt and Todd and Angelique Hartog just to name a few.

    Dallin and his wife Karree then invited the Harts onstage to help them present Steve and Gina Merritt with a $1 million check (the couple was also awarded a lime green Lamborghini Murcielago) as they became the second distributors to ever reach prestigious Crowne Black Diamond status. Heavy hitters from the R3Global family like the Merritts, Royal Black Diamonds Charlie and Debbie Kalb, and Black Diamond Executives Ed and Shelly Aristizabal and Mick Karshner then empowered the crowd with anecdotes and advice on running a successful MonaVie business.

    Its not what you did yesterday. Its what you did today and what youre going to do tomorrow, Debbie Kalb advised. Shelly Aristizabal offered, A big, big part of this business is to read, listen, and participate, before she introduced teacher and author John Mason.     owboys and Western flair were the theme for this years R3Global Leadership Conference Beyond the Limits. From March 27 through March 29, thousands of energized distributors braved some unseasonably cold Texas weather (it was in the 30s!) to gather at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas for a weekend filled with educational speeches, inspirational sermons and invaluable advice from some of the biggest names in MonaVie and R3Global.

    There was no shortage of entertainment at this years Leadership Conference. Vince Bruce, dubbed The Wizard of Whips and Ropes, showed off his best lassoing skills roping eager volunteers and even bottles of MonaVie while singers Jamie Driscoll and Tim Gidley kept the crowd on their feet.

    Inspirational sermons were plentiful with Bahamian pastor and author Dr. Myles Munroe giving two speeches titled, Never Settle and Leading in Times of Crisis. Husband and wife team Larry and Devi Titus spoke throughout the weekend on reestablishing values in the home, finding a positive attitude and the self-confidence to go with it. Larry commanded the crowd to recite to their neighbor, Im awesome and I cant even help it!.

    Dynamic Crowne Black Diamonds Steve and Gina Merritt were on hand to help Brig, Lita and the rest of the R3Global team put on a successful Leadership Conference. Steve hosted two Blue and Black Diamond Panels where everyone from the Hartogs to the Karshners to new Blue Diamond Melissa Turner offered up advice. Later, Gina joined Steve onstage for a surprise live feed of their daughter Raimi, a world champion wakeboarder, competing in the Philippines all compliments of the crafty R3Global team.

    Next, Jeff introduced MonaVies President and Founder Dallin Larsen, who highlighted the unwavering success of MonaVie, saying, Over the last 50 months, weve sold almost $2 billion worth of product. We can take this company well beyond five to $10 billion. The passionate and uplifting front man garnered huge applause when he said that the company will be extending its stimulus plan, which includes waving the annual renewal fee throughout 2009, multiple bonus opportunities and free enrollment promotions. Lets go out and build, build, build, Dallin roared to the crowd of thousands.

    istributors from all over the world traveled to Orlando, FL, for the We Are One Family Reunion 2009 held at the Marriott World Center Resort from Friday, August 21, to Sunday, August 23. Thousands of exhilarated and eager supporters filled the beach-themed ballroom complete with palm trees, a tiki hut, beach balls, surfboards, and even the Hart Surf Shop.

    Saturday morning began with a warm welcome from Black Diamond Ronn Prpich and Presidential Black Diamonds Holly and Corbin Roush. Next, Katy Holt-Larsen took the stage to talk about the amazing things R3G distributors are doing to help the MORE project. The rest of the days events included a video appearance from Dallin Larsen, Drew Reads heartfelt talk about the Paul Anderson Youth Home, and panel discussions that gave distributors a chance to learn from some of MonaVies top sales teams like Scott and Sue Olsen and Ron Prudhomme. Ed and Cheryl Henderson got the audience involved with great activities to help strengthen marriage while Tim Gidley sang and John Bevere spoke about forgiveness and overcoming intimidation.

    But nothing could top Sunday mornings awe-inspiring events. Brig Hart shared his story of going from lost to being found while Bishop Paul Zink gave an inspirational worship service. Next, hundreds moved to the indoor pool area so that those wishing to do so could be baptized. The weekend helped cement the importance of God, Family, Country and MonaVie. We Are One!

    For the second year in a row, R3Global toured the country inspiring people to Dream it. Believe it. Achieve it. Starting in Atlanta in late September and ending in Dallas in mid-December, Dream Days offered a day-long educational and inspirational event in nine cities throughout the U.S. Each day offered an invaluable opportunity to learn from some of the premier R3Global distributors and top income earners. Those attending absorbed motivation and learned the keys to building their own successful MonaVie business from the best and brightest distributors and keynote speakers in the business like authors and teachers John Mason, Eastman Curtis, Keith Cameron Smith and Dean Sikes. Also speaking at the Dream Days events were Double Crowne Black Diamonds the Harts, Crowne Black Diamonds the Merritts, and other local Black Diamonds and above.
