haven't already. I am trying to plan activities and

Soaring Campaign Update: Our financial report indicates that $176,392 has beenreceived to date and $25,080 has been spent on air conditioners, high-prioritymaintenance, and campaign expenses. Last year several congregation committeesidentified 33 essential Soaring projects, which were subsequently prioritized by theBoard of Directors. In addition to restoring our reserves, which has the highest priority,

we will now spend some of the funds on other Soaring items: upgrades to thesanctuary, including audio-video and lighting technology and dcor (art, interior paintingscheme, photography). Soaring funds have also been designated for the new coffeecaf, advertising, parking lots, and shade sails for the courtyard. Obviously, the fundswill be spent according to the amounts received. We are about one-third of the way intothe campaign with two years remaining on the pledges. Your wonderful generosity hasmade Soaring possible. Each one of us has the mission of being the presence of Christin this world, and together we can keep Chaparral moving onward and forward." Larry Gettman
