Luxation Instruments

Preferred Instrument for Performing Gentle Extractions

Luxation Instrument tips are more finely tapered than excavator tips. Their characteristics are a combination of a periotome and an elevator. The sharp tip enables more efficient cutting of the periodontal ligament, whilst the tapering shaft assists with controlled expansion of the bony socket.

The presentation boxed Luxation Kit comprises of four luxation instruments, a straight and curved blade version in two different widths, a root pick elevator and a sharpening stone to keep the instruments in perfect condition.

Extraction Forceps

Perfection Plus Deluxe Extraction forceps are manufactured from high grade AISI420 stainless steel. They have a highly polished finish for aesthetics and corrosion resistance; the knurled handles have no sharp edges and are crisp for positive grip and control.

The joints have Teflon washers to ensure years of smooth operation, while the cross serrated beaks offer a more positive grip on the tooth.

The patterns are also available in an Eco+ version offering a cost effective alternative, these forceps feature cross hatching on the complete length of the handles and are manufactured from French steel. The dentition diagrams illustrate the appropriate pattern to tooth relationship.
