Fox: Recap of a Returning FavoriteMNT: Returning FavoriteUnder One RoofReturns: 9:30 p.m. Oct. 8
IRecap: The unease
between brothers remained
pronounced, as real-estate
tycoon Winston and his familystill tried to adjust to having his
ex-con sibling, Calvester, around
their mansion. The former
inmates influence on his family
was starting to seep in, particu-
larly as some of his not-too-savory
cohorts from his time behind bars
decided to pay visits. When the
shows first season ended,
Winston was doing anything andeverything to cover his bases
after a major business deal
went south. He resorted to taking Calvesters phone and milk-
ing it for all of the contacts that were stored in it; inevitably,
Winston ended up in way over his head, dealing with some
individuals who were way out of his comfort zone.

I Recap: When we last left
beleaguered counter-

Bauer in May 2007, he had
prevented a U.S.-Russian
war and was at a seaside
house, bidding goodbye to
longtime love Audrey and
pondering the future.
Little did he know a writ-
ers strike would delay
that future until January
2009. But there is a pre-
quel movie, set in Africa,
airing before that to tide
fans over until then.

Funniest MomentsPremieres: 8 p.m. Oct. 8
Ask Dick Clark, Ed McMahon, Bob Saget, Tom Bergeron.Anyone who ever has fronted a blooper or amateur videoshow will tell you it can be a challenge not to be upstaged by
the showcased goofs made by others. Now, you can askArsenio Hall, too. The energetic personality who recharged
late-night television for a time is the host of this offering,
which seeks submissions from viewers but also goes into the
online world to find content that seems to qualify for the fun-
niest designation. With someone of Halls charisma and wit,
its unlikely that he would be confined merely to making the
most brief of segment introductions; on the other hand, its
tough to be all that expansive while hosting a show of this
nature. If anyone can make his presence felt, though, its Hall.

The Tony Rock ProjectPremieres: 9 p.m. Oct. 8
Call it Candid Camera with an edge. The younger broth-er of comedian-actor Chris Rock hits the streets to catchpeople in the act of being themselves, to coin Allen Funts
classic phrase, by hiding the lens and capturing them in raw
moments of reaction to staged situations. Of course, the vic-
tims dont know theyre being set up, so the updatedapproach also owes more than a bit to the success of Ashton
Kutchers Punkd. Straight-on interviews with everyday
folks also are included, and the network is taking the some-
what lofty position of promoting this as something of a
social experiment, permitting Rock to explore currently held
stereotypes and prejudices but in the end, this is really
about making viewers laugh and thank their lucky stars they
arent in the same situations.
I Cast: Tony Rock
