UGD Milestones – First Decade

• 1994 – Fleet operator GREENEKS® was founded.

• 1994 – Purchase of the first 15 TIR Trucks to generate the fleet.

• 1994 – Conclusion of German and Dutch agency agreements.

• 1995 – Conclusion of Italian and Austrian agency agreements.

• 1996 – Bonded and regular warehousing services started.

• 1997 – Customs Brokering and Insurance agreements been made.

• 2000 – Opened branch office at Erenköy Customs.

• 2002 – UGD Uluslararası Taşımacılık A.Ş was established to be

specialized for CIS countries and Turkic states.

• 2003 – All staff and executives have attended Professional competence

training by the Ministry of Transport and been certified.

• 2003 – T.C. Turkish Patent Institute approved registration GREENEKS® as a

brand name.

• 2005 – Authorized by the Proof of Entitlement `R2`(UGD) & `C2`(GREENEKS®)

by the Ministry of Transport in Turkey.

UGD Milestones – The next Decade

• 2007 – Conclusion of CIS and Russian agency agreements.

• 2011 – Agreement with SiberERP & SiberCRM software solutions to be the backbone

of our business, automating and supporting business processes.

• 2011 – Satellite GPS tracking system supplied by VektorSoftware have been taken

in use. Fleet Management with Vektor’s Advanced Telematics.

• 2013 – Representation of Amerikan EPT Packaging in Turkey.

• 2014 – Representation of Alfred Talke Logistics in Turkey.

• 2014 – We have reached to an own fleet of 55 DAF Tractors with Euro 5 norms and 70

pieces of Tırsan Trailers with the capacity of 1680Tons.

• 2014 – Agreement with QA Technic Quality Management systems in order to be certified

with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. Targeting to obtain AEO (Authorized Economic

Operator) Certificate which will allow us to perform faster customs operations inside

The EU Borders.

• 2015 – New investments to our fleet, which is now 70 DAF Tractors with Euro 5 norms and 90

pieces of Tırsan Trailers with the capacity of 2160 Tons.
