CADES BAY DEVELOPMENT LTD.

CBD owns and develops the 6,8 acres property in Cades Bay. CBD has obtained an approved plan for the entire property, including approval for the citizen by investment program. Citizenship by investment has been granted in St. Kitts & Nevis since 1984. A property investment of USD 400.000 in a pre-approved project is being eligible for citizenship.

Phase one. Zenith Nevis is pre-approved. We sell fractions of villas. 6 fractions per villa, each pre-approved for citizenship.

The total cost of investment for citizenship is USD 7,500.00 for Due Diligence of Applicant, USD 500.00 for Alien Landholding License, USD 50,000.00 for Government Application, Approval, USD 10,000.00 for Legal Assistance, and a minimum investment of USD 400.000.00 in a pre-approved project. 

By investing USD 400.000 in Zenith Nevis you are given the ownership of 1 fraction, no further costs will apply for 5 years. The investor receives 50% net rental income by not using the given weeks.The fraction can be resold at any time, and if the owner makes use of the citizen by investment program the minimum ownership time is 5 years.
