Ambassador Laseinde, who made the observation last Monday (September 28, 2015) while delivering the Keynote Address at the 4th Biennial International Conference organised by the University of Ilorin Centre for Peace and Strategic Studies (CPSS), noted that “border issues are an undercurrent affecting on-going regional crises in the Great Lakes and the Horn of Africa”. Prof. Oladosu, who made the appeal penultimate Tuesday (September 22, 2015) while featuring on “Oro to n lo”, a popular Yoruba current affairs programme on Unilorin 89.3 FM, pointed out that the essence of any knowledge acquired is for the people to benefit from it.
