Mary Enjoys shopping in China

I have an American friend whose name is Mary. We often go

shopping together. Mary enjoys shopping in China at big department

stores. She likes wandering from one department to another, looking at

the various articles on the counters, from umbrellas to gloves, from

fancy goods to books, from clothes to shoes. Today, we are going to

buy some stationery at the big stationery shop near our college. Mary

needs some airmail envelopes, writing pads, and a couple of batteries

for her walkman. I would like a bottle of glue, a box of paper clips, a

stapler and two rolls of films. I enjoy going shopping with her because I

can do something for her: I am her shopping guide.
